Comme elle est assez collante, il est plus facile de l&rsquo;\u00e9taler entre 2 feuilles de papier sulfuris\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie.<br>Commencez par abaisser grossi\u00e8rement \u00e0 la main une premi\u00e8re moiti\u00e9 de p\u00eate entre deux feuille de papier cuisson. Repliez ensuite ensembles les bords des deux feuilles pour former un rectangle d&rsquo;environ 25x30cm. Puis, \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie, pousser l\u00e2te dans les coins et les arr\u00eates en essayant d&rsquo;obtenir une \u00e9paisseur homog\u00e8ne.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enlevez la feuille de cuisson sup\u00e9rieure et pr\u00e9d\u00e9coupez vos crackers \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un grand couteau plat (appuyer sans tracer pour ne pas d\u00e9chirer la p\u00e2te).<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comptez 7 minute \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Attention, en fonction des fours le temps de cuisson peut varier, restez vigilant la premi\u00e8re fois. Quand ils commencent \u00e0 dorer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement ils sont cuits.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NOTES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">Conservez les crackers dans une bo\u00eete herm\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 varier les farines, les graines, les flocons, les \u00e9pices et les herbes en fonction des saisons ou des envies.
